Janine and Catherine first worked together at NTT in 2018 and stayed connected as their careers took them in different directions. United by a shared belief in putting people first, they bring employer-side HR insight, career-development experience and practical, human-centred guidance to the programme.

Janine Hugo is an HR transformation leader, EMCC-accredited Executive Coach and author of Own Your Career Inside Out. Her experience includes graduate and early-career recruitment, global HR transformation and career coaching. She is also the creator of Janine AI.

Catherine Kourie is a senior HR professional whose experience spans strategic business partnering, culture, diversity and inclusion, HR transformation and merger integration.
